InterContinental Sydney has announced an exciting line-up of unique dining experiences to coincide with the Vivid Sydney 2017 festival.
On level 32 of the iconic city hotel, Supper Club presents a Vivid-inspired cocktail trio called ‘A Celebration of Colour’, consisting of a trio of specially-created mini cocktails. Boasting uninterrupted 270-degree views across Sydney Harbour, the stunning rooftop lounge will offer the prime location from which to view the city’s illuminated icons, from Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House, to the Royal Botanic Gardens and Eastern Harbour.
InterContinental’s award-winning fine dining restaurant, 117 Dining, will kick off the hotel’s exclusive progressive dining event with a lavish four-course menu of Vivid-inspired dishes accompanied by matching wines. After an indulgent dessert, guests will complete the multi-sensory journey at Supper Club, enjoying the colourful ‘Neon Highball’ cocktail to sweeping views of the harbour.
For groups and special events, the InterContinental Sydney laneway pop-up on Macquarie Street can host events for up to 50 guests. Designed exclusively for groups and events, this social laneway is the city’s only laneway for a sole-use dining event throughout Vivid, and will present a three-course, wine-paired set menu, including a special themed dessert, ‘De-Light-Full’, to complement an evening of colour and creativity. The night will end on a high note with a ‘Neon Highball’ cocktail at the Supper Club.
