Tropicola is a retro-inspired beach club located on Seminyak’s iconic Golden Mile. It includes a 60-seat restaurant by chef Steve Skelly, plus a rooftop bar and event space.  Fans of Tropicola’s quirky sister property, Motel Mexicola, have seen the cheat sheet: this place pops. Expect views spanning from the Bukit Peninsula all the way to Tanah Lot.

The colourful beach club hits the right note with its year-round summery soundtrack designed to evoke simpler times. The menu, designed by chef Steve Skelly, will reflect the casual, relaxed vibe with wood-fired grills, fresh seafood, grilled meats and market-fresh vegetables. Guests will also have three separate bars to choose from.

There is no better place for a beach club than Bali’s stylish Seminyak beach at Hotel Indigo. The busy beachfront is home to SugarSand, an exquisite two-level beach club that promises fine food and drink, music and sweeping views of the Indian Ocean. The club’s palette is injected with inspiration from Bali’s rich, earthy elements and a simple Japanese aesthetic and resembles a jukung, a native fishing boat. The pool area is also dotted with daybeds and includes a beachside bar and open-air roof lounge designed to enjoy sunsets and seasonal cocktails.

Nikkei, is the beach club’s very own restaurant and Australian-born chef Nic Phillip’s very own creation. Locally sourced ingredients come together here to create an exotic Japanese-Peruvian fusion that celebrates the sea’s bounty.  Mixologist Sufian Mahmoud also incorporates seasonal ingredients to create Japanese-inspired cocktails. These feature alongside sake, sochu, spirits and an extensive collection of gin.
