Surf season in the Maldives has kicked off in full swing with Centara Ras Fushi Resort & Spa Maldives offering guests a range of exciting surf excursions.
Famous for its beautiful, clean waters, reefs, and tropical marine life, the Maldives has long attracted divers, snorkelers and water sports enthusiasts to its islands and atolls, but the destination also has plenty to offer surfers.
Four-star adults-only resort, Centara Ras Fushi Resort & Spa is located in the North Male’ Atoll, which is close to some of the most famous surf breaks, and during the months of May to November, conditions are perfect for surfing offshore from many of the islands close to the resort, with waves ranging from three feet to more than eight feet.
The resort is offering private dhoni charters, for a range of four or eight hour excursions to famous surf points such as Chickens, Cokes, Lohis, Ninjas, Sultans, Honkeys and Tombstones, all suitable for different levels of experience.
