High in the hills of Ubud, the stunning Four Seasons Sayan is well known for its beautiful setting and serious spa menu. Now the award-winning hotel has taken its health and wellness offerings to new heights, with the construction of a Dharna Shanti Yoga Bale. Tucked into the rainforest on the edge of a rice paddy field, the bamboo bale is now home to Anti-Gravity Yoga programs. The Four Seasons Sayan yoga instructors lead group and one-on-one classes where you’ll hang from the ceiling in hammocks. The yoga moves through a range of lengthening poses designed to strengthen muscles. The classes are designed to be part of more extensive wellness programs including meditation sessions and spa treatments at the hotel’s Sacred River Spa. As the name suggests, treatment rooms sit perched by the river, surrounded by water lilies and rice paddy fields.
