Spring is well and truly in the air, and Sydney’s premier dining and entertainment precinct, The Star is celebrating with The Star Spectacular.

From now through to Sunday 12 November, the action packed program offers thrilling experiences, theatrical dining with specially designed menus, exclusive offers and incredible live entertainment, including Carnivale-inspired free performances from roving magicians, burlesque dancers, stilt walkers and jugglers.

BLACK Magic dinner at BLACK Bar & Grill (Thursday to Sunday)

This swanky steakhouse is currently offering an exclusive BLACK Magic dinner menu, designed by chef Dany Graham. Featuring three delectable courses with a side of magic thanks to The Star’s roving resident magician, its enough to leave you completely spellbound. Spectacular Seafood lunch at Balla (weekdays 12-2:30pm)
Executive chef Gabriele Taddeucci has created the Spectacular Seafood Lunch highlighting the season’s best produce. Choose from spanner crab bruschetta with cherry tomato and basil; wood-grilled calamari with chickpea, parsley, and garlic oil and Sicilian-style tagliatelle with swordfish ragu, just to name a few, and savour alongside the stunning water views of Pyrmont Bay.

Cherry will offer a fabulous three-hour Cup Day party with the ultimate in race day sophistication.
