Wildlife Safari has announced an exceptional culinary tour to South India, with the 13-day journey escorted by Chef Kumar Mahadevan, the man credited with introducing authentic Indian cuisine to Australia.
The 13-day ‘Thali’ tour will start in Chennai, travel through Tamil Nadu and the Chettinad region with its unique cuisine, to the tranquil backwaters of Kerala before ending in Fort Cochin.
The tour includes visits to produce markets, cooking demonstrations with highly talented local chefs, memorable meals in private homes of prominent food identities, a traditional lunch on a working organic farm and plenty of cooking and stories with Kumar.
