Six Senses Residences has announced it will open its new luxury property, Six Senses Fiji, in late 2017.
Located on the beautiful Malolo Island coastline, the property encompasses tropical island culture blended with Six Senses’ signature style of simple design, natural materials, comfortable luxury and a respect for the environment.
There will be 66 residences in total, available in three-, four-, and five-bedroom options for private ownership. Spacious, comfortable and modern, they will vary in size from approximately 600 square metres of interior and exterior space up to 1,000 square metres, with each one boasting panoramic ocean or marina views, private pools, expansive outdoor decks and dining areas, and lush tropical gardens.
Beautifully and thoughtfully furnished throughout, interiors feature an open-plan environment are decorated with traditional hardwoods, Fijian art and all the home-away-from-home comforts one would expect.
Environmentally conscious and respectful, the protection and preservation of the island is a top priority for Six Senses, which will ensure the active management of energy, waters, waste, biodiversity, purchasing and chemical usage. It will be 100 per cent solar powered and the first micro grid in the world to use Tesla batteries as is committed to the reforestation of trees as well as coral in the area.
The residences will be located within the Six Senses Fiji Resort & Spa island community, comprising of hill top, ocean and beachfront sites and featuring a retail shop, delicatessen, wellness village, fitness centre, tennis court, two full-service marinas, and an array of bars and restaurants offering award-winning cuisine and featuring fresh ingredients grown onsite as well as sourced sustainably and locally.
Six Senses Fiji is accessible via a 40-minute boat ride from Denarau Marina or 10-minute helicopter or sea plane flight. Nadi International Airport is just a three-hour flight from Sydney and Denarau Marina is just 20-minutes drive from Nadi Airport.
