Richard Branson’s Son Bunyola Estate, Mallorca

Virgin Limited Edition, Sir Richard Branson’s privately owned collection of award-winning luxury hotels and retreats, has added two new luxury villas to its portfolio.

The villas, Sa Punta De S’Aguila and Sa Terra Rotja, are situated on the Son Bunyola Estate, located in between Esporles and Banyalbufar on the Northwest coast of Mallorca. This beautiful region spoils with its stunning scenery of the Tramuntana mountain range, and picturesque towns.

The privately gated estate spans more than 700 hectares, and surrounds a historic Finca building dating back to the 1800’s, enveloped by vines, citrus fruit trees, almond and olive trees.

Offering total privacy, the villa has been built into the landscape and affords panoramic sea and mountain views. It comfortably sleeps 10 adults and features its own heated swimming pool, kitchen, living room and dining room, ideal for entertaining.

Sa Terra Rotja translates as ‘Red Earth’, and is a private four-en-suite bedroom villa situated near the edge of the estate and a short walk from a pebble beach. It comfortable sleeps eight adults and has its own heated swimming pool and plenty of space on the terrace for sunbathing, outdoor dining and watching the sun set. This villa comfortably sleeps 8 adults in 4 en-suite bedrooms.

The villas can be booked for a seven-night stay, which includes all drinks including wine, beer, spirits, soft drinks and Spanish sparkling wine, breakfast, lunch and dinner, including a local restaurant reservation on one night, a concierge service to take care of activities and restaurant bookings, wireless internet, daily housekeeping and pool servicing, and use of the nearby tennis court with racquets and balls provided.
