The lobby bar of the iconic Old Clare Hotel in Sydney’s Broadway has brought a touch of retro cool back to the city with the launch of The Clare Saturday Sessions.
On every Saturday night from 7pm, the Old Clare will host special guest DJs, in collaboration with Delta King Studios, to bring you retro classics that are certain to get you grooving on the dance floor.
In addition to the old school tunes you know and love, the Old Clare bar is the perfect place to kick off your Saturday night with an impressive range of unconventional cocktails, craft beers and fantastic food served by next-door’s Kensington Street Social.
Tip: On these wintery nights, you can’t go past the ‘Old Skool Blazer’ – a delectable Johnny Walker cocktail which is made with fire right in front of you, resulting in a warm, spicy and smoky flavour – its the ultimate winter tipple.
The Clare bar adjoins the Old Clare Hotel reception, embracing the ethos of its earlier incarnation as a preferred watering hole for locals, indie rock lovers, bohemians, artists and intellectuals.
