Qantas has recently announced the launch of a new direct flight connecting Australia and Fiji. From 31 March 2019, customers will be able to enjoy a premium service taking them from Sydney directly to Fiji’s main gateway, Nadi. The four-hour service will operate four times a week.
Fares all include a Boeing 737 aircraft, checked baggage allowance, inflight entertainment, food and drinks, as well as the option to fly or upgrade to Business Class. The new Qantas service joins Jetstar’s existing direct flight offering, giving customers far more choice when travelling to the popular island destination.
Qantas has also added its code to Jetstar’s flights between Sydney and Nadi, for travel from 1 February 2019. This means that Qantas customers travelling on these Jetstar services get to enjoy a few bonuses including a complimentary meal and the opportunity to earn points and status credits for Qantas Frequent Flyer members.
The new Qantas direct Fiji service is available to book now for travel from 31 March 2019 at qantas.com or through travel agents.
