Sydney Airport will be welcoming five new premium dining brands to form its new City View precinct in T1 International Departures, including The Bistro by Wolfgang Puck, from internationally acclaimed chef Wolfgang Puck.
As the latest concept in the Wolfgang Puck collective from the chef who has catered The Academy Awards for the past 21 years, the relaxed Italian trattoria-style restaurant will serve classic Italian dishes such as gourmet pastas and wood-fired pizzas with a modern twist, when it opens in the next six months.
Joining the restaurant in the City View precinct, will be casual yet burger joint Benny Burger by Shannon Bennett, contemporary juice bar Joe & The Juice, popular local eatery Kitchen by Mike opening later in the year, and a bespoke Heineken House by Heineken.
Speaking of the development, Sydney Airport General Manager, Retail, Glyn Williams said: “The City View precinct heralds a new era for dining at Sydney Airport and will offer passengers a compelling selection of exciting and fresh concepts that range from premium dine-in to more casual fare, catering to all tastes and travellers.”
Designed to create a more dynamic and vibrant feeling within the terminal and enhance passenger experience beyond customs, the new precinct will offer passengers the very best in local and international modern dining, and will also feature a premium shopping area boasting a collection of luxury brands.
