The owner has had a catering business for years and prepares a three-course dinner for guests in a former Officer’s Mess from World War II.

They’re currently converting the back of an old stock truck into space with astroturf, bathtubs and a chandelier, surrounded by mesh so that we can lie back and look up at the stars and moon without being eaten by mosquitoes.

Callubri Station’s luxury lies in its seclusion. A maximum of 10 guests will share the 11500-hectare property at any given time. So your experience will be nothing short of exclusive.
