The renowned Anantara Kihavah Maldives Villas, has unveiled its latest luxury offering on the Baa Atoll in the form of a new Three-Bedroom Beach Pool Residence.
Designed as a private sanctuary for hosting hosting families and intimate groups on their holiday escapes, the retreat enjoys 1,050 square metres of space and is nestled amongst tropical green island foliage, on a white sandy beach overlooking the Maldives’ infamous turquoise waters
Guests are greeted at the island jetty upon arriving by seaplane, and are escorted through tropical jungle before reaching the Residence’s private entrance, where once inside, they’ll be able to enjoy all the luxuries of an exotic designer retreat.
The central living area boasts a full multimedia suite complete with 55-inch 3D LED TV with Bose home theatre system, allowing for a private cinema experience, while the outdoor private space features a sprawling wooden deck with floating daybeds, infinity-edge pool with twinkling fibre-optic lights at night, courtyard bathrooms, and swaying palm trees.
An adjacent Jacuzzi pool and sunken dining cabana provide more spaces to relax, while each of the three bedrooms offer oversized king beds and two-person bathtubs, ideal for enjoying with an exquisite bottle from their bedroom’s own custom-stocked wine cabinet.
The Residence accommodates up to six adults and six kids, or nine adults, and the space can be extended to four bedrooms and an extra infinity pool and dining pavilion through a connecting door down the garden pathway.
The beach is easily accessible and the lush island surrounds and reef provide plenty of opportunity for snorkeling, exploring and day excursions, while those wishing to relax in privacy can rest assured their needs will be catered to by their round-the-clock personal Villa Host.
