Australia’s most awarded chef, Neil Perry, will be hosting an exclusive five-course degustation menu at One&Only Hayman Island this July and at Emirates One&Only Wolgan Valley in November, as part of MasterCard’s ongoing Priceless Cities initiative.
‘An Appetite for Paradise Curated by Neil Perry’, will see the renowned chef and his award-winning team of chefs and sommeliers from the renowned Rockpool Group restaurants, take guests on an exclusive gastronomic experience using the finest locally sourced ingredients.
Neil Perry comments: “I’m looking forward to creating some spectacular dishes and I’ll be working with my team to design a special degustation experience with food lovers in mind. Naturally given the locations there will be an abundance of fresh seafood on the menu in Hayman Island whilst the native ingredients of the Blue Mountains will inspire the dinner in Wolgan Valley.”
Launching at the private island sanctuary of One&Only Hayman Island on 15 July, the exclusive event will include three nights of luxurious twin-share accommodation, daily breakfast, return yacht transfers from Great Barrier Reef for two, Island Escapade snorkeling excursion, MasterCard Priceless Dinner hosted by Neil Perry with drinks, and much more.
The second event will take place in the NSW Greater Blue Mountains on 11 November at the iconic Emirates One&Only Wolgan Valley. Set on a private 7,000-acre wildlife reserve, the resort combines ultra-luxury style with a characteristically Australian bush experience. In addition to the MasterCard Priceless Dinner hosted by Neil Perry, the package will include a two-night twin-share villa accommodation with private pool, daily breakfast, lunch and dinner, with a select range of beverages, signature Wildlife and Sundowners Tour, on-site nature based activities, and more.
