The ULTIMATE space experience is coming to Sydney

With Sydney’s lockdown coming to an end, Sydneysiders are buzzing to get as far away as possible. And the new experience called Neighbourhood Earth can take you all the way to outer space.

The multi sensory, immersive space experience combines cutting edge technology with the latest in science to tell the story of space exploration.

Visitors will travel across the solar system and come face-to-face with Mars sunsets, Venus lightning storms and the surface of Jupiter.

Expect the coolest gadgets, spacesuits, holographics, spacecraft, huge cinematic productions and interactive experiences.

The US Space & Rocket Center and NASA’s George C. Marshall Flight Center developed Neighbourhood Earth.

It utilises 14 screens, 8.1 surround sound, and a giant projection-mapped dome to transports audiences to space.

Since its world premiere in 2018 the epic exhibition has attracted millions of visitors around the world. We expect the same success in Sydney.

“People’s desire to travel to outer space has never been stronger and Neighbourhood Earth gives us all the opportunity to see and feel what that would be like,” said Emma Triggs, founder of M Live, in a statement.

Australians will get the chance to explore space like never before at the ICC Sydney, Darling Harbour, from 22 November 2021.

The immersive experience will run for a limited time but its end dates are not yet known.
