As the latest ship to join MSC Cruises’ next generation fleet, the highly anticipated MSC Seaside is set to commence her sailings throughout the Caribbean in December 2017.

Based year round in Miami, MSC Seaside will offer a variety of Caribbean itineraries including the Mexico, Jamaica, Puerto Rico, and the Bahamas, where she will call at MSC Cruises’ very own Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve – an exclusive marine reserve and island experience for MSC guests.

Featuring bold, modern design and leading edge technology, “the ship that follows the sun” has been built to enhance the pleasures of sunshine the open water, with three glass catwalks designed to give a walking on water feeling, and panoramic glass lifts offering ocean views.

A 360° open air promenade will be the widest on any ship ever built and will encircle the entire ship with an array of bars and restaurants, allowing guests to enjoy refreshing sundowners, al fresco dining and strolls along the promenade.

Fine dining will be featured through an extensive choice of indoor and outdoor restaurants with a selection of international cuisines including a premium seafood restaurant with chef’s table, a steak house, a dedicated family pizzeria, and a specialty fusion sushi and teppanyaki restaurant, while twenty distinct bars will provide plenty of options for international beers, fine wines, premium spirits and expertly crafted cocktails.

Meanwhile, entertainment will be a highlight feature on-board, with a variety of shows, performances, activities, and entertainment areas for all ages, including a new theatre and comedy club, full-sized bowling alley, 5D cinema, and spectacular performances by the world-renowned Cirque Du Soleil.

Thrill-seekers will love the world’s longest zip line at sea, which spans 130 meters across the length of the ship, while the young and young at heart will enjoy themselves for hours in the highly interactive aqua park, featuring high-speed aquatubes, an Adventure Trail, an active and colourful water play area for the little ones, and “Slideboarding”, a unique waterslide and interactive video game all in one.

Accommodation has been designed with the utmost comfort in mind and caters to guests of all types, from families and groups, to couples and sun-lovers. 72 percent of cabins feature a balcony, including a two-person private Jacuzzi on the balcony of The Seaside Suite, while the beach condo design at the rear of the ship features 14 exclusive aft corner suites.
