Following an extensive four-month renovation, Manhattan’s fine dining restaurant Eleven Madison Park has opened featuring a new look and menu to boot.
Currently in the No. 1 spot in the World’s 50 Best Restaurants, the restaurant is gleaming with a refined redesign after 19 years occupying the ground floor of a historic Art Deco building overlooking Madison Square Park.
The original high ceilings and enormous windows are emphasised with off-white walls and chrome details while touches of dark blue and turquoise feature in the furnishings and exclusively commissioned artworks, including stunning stained glass windows above the entry.
Co-owner and chef Daniel Humm creates a seasonal, eight-to-10 course tasting menu, prepared with simplicity allowing the locally sourced ingredients to shine through. An abbreviated, five-course version of the menu is available at the bar alongside light snacks, cocktails and a notable wine list.
