Focusing on locally sourced, seasonal produce, chef Witz’s modus operandi is, quite simply, ‘living well, looking good’ and his approach to health and wellbeing through gastronomy is evident in every dish. Unlike classic French dining, the cuisine here is lighter and more refined, with fresh vegetables and seafood featuring prominently in dishes that are delicate, fresh and full of colour.
The restaurant itself is filled with natural light and was designed as an open space with great indoor-outdoor flow. The expansive outdoor terrace is arguably one of the best in Monaco, with breathtaking views of the glistening port and the famous Rock.
