The Cooper sits on a hilltop with dramatic coastal views and has five bedroom suites, a cellar and much more.
Dining is a highlight, with meals freshly prepared with organic, local produce, most of which is grown on the property, and there is plenty to do around the area including walking, cycling, wine tasting, sailing, kayaking and even kiwi spotting – the animal variety that is.
