The former Four Points by Sheraton has refurbished and rebranded to become what is now Australia’s largest upscale hotel, Hyatt Regency Sydney.

Following a $250 million redevelopment, Hyatt Regency Sydney officially unveiled its newly refurbished look via a spectacular video projected onto the 2,800 square metre façade facing Darling Harbour.

The larger-than-life animated visual was projected onto the building using 16 projectors and a total of 28,348,800 pixels, using a real play on scale and perspective to showcase the new hotel from the perspective of two business and leisure guests.

Ideally located on Sussex Street in the Sydney CBD, Hyatt Regency is at the doorstep to both the city’s business and entertainment districts, including the vibrant restaurants, bars, shops and tourist attractions of Darling Harbour.
