Bondi’s iconic Hotel Ravesis is celebrating the first anniversary of its relaunch with new summer food and drink menus.
To cool down from Bondi’s hot summer days, the hotel is offering fresh Rosé, Pinot Grigio and Pinot Noir on tap.
The change of season sees a more diverse wine list, incorporating regional Australian and international wines, mainly drawn from small producers.
The new cocktail list features an enticing blend of floral, fruit and spice, and for the first time ever the team behind the bar will infuse their own liqueurs, with a mix of infused vodkas, gin and tequila.
Delicious signature cocktails include the High Horse with wasabi-infused Absolut, the Fairy Fluff with strawberries and cream infused Absolut, Chilli Gringo with orange and chilli-infused Olmeca Altos, and Flower Power made from a hibiscus-infused gin.
The newly released and refreshing Aperitif list features delicious flavours, including the Acqua Della Vitta which combines Contratto Aperitif, Acqua di Cedro, Basil and Soda.
The food is just as tasty, with high quality local produce and delicious seafood options including fish and oysters.
Meals will be relaxed on the terrace with gorgeous views, with dishes from the new summer menu by Head Chef Peter Streckfuss.
Highlights of the new menu include Crystal Bay prawns with sherry aioli, Parmesan crumbed chicken schnitzel with seasonal slaw and tomato jam, Cone Bay Barramundi with summer veg and white bean purée, and choc-dipped hazelnut gelato bar.
This historic four-storey beachside venue boasts sweeping panoramic views and is open every day of the week 11am until one am.
