Hilton Sydney’s award winning and internationally acclaimed restaurant, Glass Brasserie, is serving up an exclusive Chinese New Year inspired menu in celebration of the event.
The menu will feature unique Chinese inspired creations, full of flavor and spice, such as Lobster in black pepper sauce, Char-grilled Wagyu with soy glaze and wasabi and ginger, and Chicken and bug “Shandong style”, with chilli and shallot dressing.
The Raw kingfish and jelly fish sashimi with organic soy and apple, pictured, is a true taste bud tantaliser, while the Prawn toast topped with smoked corn is a definite crowd pleaser.
The menu has been perfectly paired with three varieties of Penfolds wine, specially selected from Glass Brasserie’s extensive wine collection.
The festive menu will feature through the Chinese New Year celebration period, until 13 January.
