Cruise Express has launched the 17-night tour ‘A Very Royal Affair’ which covers rail, road and sea. The itinerary features a tour inside Buckingham Palace, two nights at The Ritz in London, an overnight journey on the Belmond Royal Scotsman train, a ticket to the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo and a visit to the fairytale castle of Inveraray in the Scottish Highlands. A highlight will be a seven-night cruise aboard the elegant Hebridean Princess, a 49-guest ship twice chartered by the Queen for private family holidays. While enjoying gourmet cuisine and traditional haggis ceremonies onboard, guests will visit many remote islands in the inner and outer Hebrides including Jura, Barra, Mull, Iona and Coll, with some islands inhabited by just a few hardy residents.
The tour departs Australia on 8 August, 2016.
