Global Vision empowering women

Women interested in volunteering overseas during their holidays will be keen on the new Women’s Empowerment Program, launched by leading volunteer organisation GVI (Global Vision International). Volunteers can work on projects in countries including Fiji, South Africa, India and Nepal which have been developed to help empower women in areas including education, their personal rights and health and business opportunities. Not only will volunteers be working for a highly worthy cause, the program will give participants an authentic insight into the local culture, the customs of their temporary homes and the geographic beauty of the location of the project. Programs run from two to 12 weeks.
