Nobu Residences – Toronto
Nobu Residences on Mercer Street is in the thumping heart of Toronto’s Entertainment District with 700 condo suites across 49 floors. Hotel Birks – Montreal


Hotel Birks is currently in a soft launch phase (rooms are already available with the accompanying restaurant and spa opening shortly). Formerly home of the flagship store of renowned jewellery company, Birks, the Birks Building has undergone an extensive restoration and renovation to bring Hotel Birks to life. Neuf Architectes alongside interior architect Nicole Vekemans have redesigned the interior for a tasteful and elegant experience. Hotel Birks is located in downtown Montreal on the corner of Saint-Catherine Street and Union Avenue.

The Josie – British Columbia


The Josie is opening 28 November, in time for the 2018/19 ski season as the first ski-in/ski-out boutique Canadian hotel in more than a decade. Red Mountain sits at your doorstep with a front door slope-side, so you can literally ski right out of the hotel and down the slopes. There’re 106 modern guest rooms with views of the RED Mountain Resort and Rossland Range. There’re also rooms for pets. Additionally, The Velvet Restaurant and Lounge serves up local delights with subtle French influences from Executive Chef Marc-Andre Choquette.

Hyatt House – Winnipeg


Hyatt House is suitable for long stays. It has 135 guestrooms, including 80 apartment-style Kitchen Suites that feature fully-equipped kitchens, generous living spaces and spacious bedrooms. Getting There
Air Canada offers daily direct flights to Vancouver from Sydney and Brisbane, with year-round direct flights from Melbourne available four times per week from 1 December to 4 February, plus connecting flights to the eastern provinces. Direct flights from Sydney to Vancouver are also available on Qantas.
