Situated poolside at the five-star luxury resort, Kanavata dishes up an inspired and innovative menu of international and Fijian fusion dishes, served with a generous side of stunning ocean views for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

From just caught fish, to an abundance of produce sourced from the garden and local markets, the restaurant uses only the freshest, high-quality, local ingredients for its seasonally changing menu, which is balanced with light, healthy choices available.

A three-course, fine-dining menu is prepared each evening, featuring dishes such as pan-fried snapper fillet, slow-cooked pork belly and fresh tuna sushi with wasabi, pickled ginger and radish.
