A series of intimate luncheons will be hosted by seasoned chefs, passionate cooks, wine lovers, and friends of the Hannaford family. This foodie collective have built their lives around Kangaroo Island life and the creation of extraordinary dining experiences.
Add a sensational space and Sensorium is upping the dinner party game. The events will be hosted inside a historic sugar gum hut with chic rustic interiors for their intimate soirees.
An intimate dining experience
The eight-course tasting menu is created in front of you on an interactive fire pit at your banquet table. Sumptuous dishes are cooked over flames, coals, and the smoke of an open fire. Each dish is inspired by land, sea and earth, so expect to sample the very best of the region’s seafood, meats, and foraged ingredients.
You’ll be greeted with a welcome cocktail, followed by a selection of premium Kangaroo Island and South Australian wines served as each course progresses. All carefully curated by your host. Post lunch, explore the area, or have a game of croquet on the lawn.
Seating is limited to a small dining group of 16 guests with only a few dates released each month. For details on getting to Kangaroo Island and more on Sensorium’s dining experiences, visit SeaLink.
