The big change to the Dine & Discover vouchers you may have missed

The NSW Government first announced the Dine & Discover vouchers in November last year.

Eligible NSW residents will be able to apply for four $25 vouchers to spend on dining and entertainment.

The vouchers have started rolling out after trials in The Rocks, Broken Hill, Sydney CBD, the Northern Beaches and Bega Valley.

What’s changed?

Originally called Out & About, the $500 million scheme is designed to help businesses most impacted by the coronavirus pandemic.

It was originally slated the dining vouchers would only be able to be used Monday to Thursday.

However, the NSW government announced residents can now use both vouchers any day of the week, including public holidays.

That means if you have your vouchers already, you’ll be able to use them over the Easter Long Weekend.

You’ll just need to use your vouchers before 30 June 2021.

How do I get my Dine & Discover vouchers?

Eligible NSW residents over the age of 18 will need to apply on MyServiceNSW. If you don’t have an account, you can create one here

Once approved you will receive your four vouchers by email and they will also be available in the Service NSW app.

Then use the Dine & Discover NSW business finder for participating venues, or check out our list of the best ways to use your vouchers.
