Grazing boards come with a selection of Pino Dolce Vito charcuterie with pickles, Australian cheeses with quince and dried fruit, sourdough bread, lavish grissini and house-made dips with marinated olives.
In the drinks department, canned cocktails by Curatif include a Negroni with gin from South Australia’s Never Never Distilling Co and a Mai Tai from Jacoby’s Tiki Bar, plus Margaritas Bloody Marys and Espresso Martinis. Wine is poured by the bottle, and beer buckets can be procured with Corona, Lord Nelson pale ale and Sydney Beer Co brews.
