There is no stopping Crystal Cruises, with new river ships, cruise ships and even a Crystal aircraft.
The latest ship to take to the water is Crystal Bach, the first of the new build Rhine Class river ships, christened in traditional fashion on 20 August, 2017 in Germany.
Being the first of Crystal’s river fleet, the company had the chance to break the bonds of traditional vessels and create a high-end river cruise experience.
Crystal Bach is the only all-balcony, all-suite river ship on the rivers of Europe, and will be until she is joined by her sister ships, Mahler, and Debussy, which will take to the Rhine in mid-2018.
All of the accommodation on these Rhine Class ships is above the water line, have king-sized beds and butler service. Crystal’s first river ship, Mozart, has celebrated her first year on the Rhine, after joining the stable of the award-winning cruise line and being “Crystallised.”
