On 25 July, Sydney restaurant Chiswick Woollahra will join forces with Margaret River’s renowned winemaker, Vanya Cullen of Cullen Wines, for a special commemorative dinner. Paying tribute to its lasting legacy, Cullen Wines will showcase its 2015 Diana Madeline and Kevin John releases, named after its 1966 founders.
Chiswick Woollahra owner and celebrity chef Matt Moran, alongside head chef Tom Haynes, has curated a unique four-course tasting menu for the event, with dishes designed to complement Cullen Wines’ latest releases. The menu includes a variety of dishes, from refreshing crab and cucumber to succulent duck to decadent chocolate desserts, all expertly paired with one of Cullen’s best wines.
Guests will enjoy canapes and drinks on arrival, overlooking the beautiful garden in Chiswick’s private dining room which extends beyond the restaurant area.
Visitors to this event can enjoy first-hand the perfect synergy between food and drink as the winery and the garden come together for the night.
Located in scenic Margaret River among the world’s most famous wine regions, Cullen Wines boasts a naturally-powered, biodynamic and carbon-neutral estate to grow its grapes on. Sharing brand values of quality, integrity and sustainability, Cullen Wines and Chiswick are the perfect partnership.
