Dale Chihuly, world renowned sculptor and installation designer, will be presenting a major exhibition at the New York Botanical Garden from 22 April until 29 October 2017.
Chihuly, presented by Bank of America, will be a new experience with monumental installations within and around the Botanical Garden. The new exhibition will also feature a display of Chihuly’s drawings.
On select evenings, the installations throughout the Garden will be dramatically illuminated in a celebration of colour, form, and light.
One highlight will be new hand-blown glass sculptures, created specifically for this exhibition, at the Garden’s Enid A. Haupt Conservatory, which is itself considered to be a work of art in glass.
