Meet Cheese Mongers with their delicious French fromage selection you can take home from Bleu D’Auvergne to Beaufort.
Bon Fromage Masterclass
Taste some of the world’s best cheese and learn the art of cheese-making, the history behind each unique cheese type, and its flavours guided by the Bon Fromage Ambassadors, Aurore Ghigo (Cheese on Wheels) and Victor Persinette Gautrez (K-Sein Fromagerie).
Learn the intricacies of cheese craft and the process behind each style. From a hard cheese like Comté to a soft and gooey French Brie. Plus, the skills of how to pair and integrate cheeses into daily cooking. These free in-person Masterclasses are hosted by renowned cheesemongers, chefs, and industry specialists. Allowing you to taste, discover, and learn all about the vast variety and distinctiveness of the finest French cheese. Be it a creamy Camembert, tangy Fourme d’Ambert, nutty Comté and many more.
Then come night, Bon Fromage stage will switch to a French disco with DJs and the musical stylings of French jazzy bands.
