Bannisters Hotels has opened Bannisters Pavilion, a new boutique hotel situated in the leisurely coastal town of Mollymook on the New South Wales coastline, just steps away from Mollymook Beach.
Offering the perfect coastal getaway, the hotel sits among a lush backdrop of Eucalyptus trees and boasts an expansive rooftop complete with sun beds, umbrellas, private lounge spaces, bar-and-grill, and a suspended pool.
There are 32 stylish and contemporary suites on offer, as well as two exclusive penthouses on the top floor. Pavilion suites include sleek and spacious bathrooms, private balconies, with some suites able to interconnect. One-bedroom penthouses offer a relaxed luxury space, with an open plan lounge and dining area, fireplace, modern kitchenette and bespoke fit out with designer touches. Oak floors, bathrooms featuring limestone, and an outdoor terrace give a rustic, beachy feel, with both penthouses able to interconnect to a suite.
Dining options include influences from Mediterranean, Southern Californian and Mexican cuisines, with seasonal cocktails, craft beers and an Antipodean-focused wine list.
Bannisters Pavilion is the second hotel for luxury seaside property group Bannisters Hotels, joining nearby Bannisters By The Sea, a 4.5 star hotel enjoying panoramic ocean views from its cliff top location.
