Boutique luxury cruise line, Azamara Club Cruises, is offering free trans-Tasman Emirates flights to guests booking a 2017 Australia-New Zealand sailing onboard the newly refurbished Azamara Journey.
Azamara will provide free business class flights for bookings made in Verandah Staterooms, or above, and economy flights for Interior and Oceanview Staterooms, aboard Azamara Journey, fresh from a multimillion dollar bow-to-stern revitalisation.
Arriving for her very first voyage down under in February 2017, she will treat guests to luxury accommodation, premium service, longer port stays and immersive destination experiences that the cruise line prides itself on.
The offer is applicable on bookings made until the end of August 2016, on two sailings; the 15-night Sydney to Auckland cruise departing 19 February 2017, and the 16-night Auckland to Sydney sailing, departing 6 March 2017.
The sailings will call into some of the most beautiful locations in Australia and New Zealand, such as Melbourne, Port Arthur, Sydney and Hobart in Australia and Milford Sound, Dunedin, Bay of Islands, Tauranga, Wellington and Auckland in New Zealand.
The Australia-New Zealand voyages are part of Azamara Club Cruises’ newly released 2017/2018 brochure, which includes more than 100 cruises, 200 destinations, and 900 land adventures, with a range of new destinations including The Whitsundays in Australia and Yucatan in Mexico.
As the self-proclaimed “un-cruise, cruise line”, Azamara cruises focuses on the destination, offering guests a more immersive experience and the opportunity to make authentic connections with the destination, through longer stays in ports, more overnight stays and even night touring.
Some of the immersive experiences Azamara offers are “AzAmazing Evenings”, which explores the destination after dark and can include theatre and music performances, “Insider Access” which takes guests into the homes, farms, villas, monasteries and businesses of local people, and “Overnight Adventurers”, where guests can stay overnight on land and embark on fascinating local adventures.
Other brochure highlights include the Cannes Film Festival, Monaco Grand Prix, a World War II Rememberance Voyage, New Year’s Eve in Sydney, and in 2018, Azamara will sail its first World Journey, from Sydney to London. The 102-day voyage will visit 60 ports across 29 countries and include 18 late-night and 12 overnight stays, with eight AzAmazing Evenings.
