AccorHotels has announced its inaugural Gourmet Food & Wine Festival in Singapore, featuring Michelin Star chefs from the hotel company’s multi-award winning restaurants and bars around the city.
As the proud operator of almost 50 restaurants and bars around Singapore, AccorHotels will showcase an impressive line-up of its esteemed establishments, including Jaan, Il Lido at the Cliff, Xperience, Prego’s, Tiffin Room and Equinox across its Raffles, Fairmont, Sofitel and Swissotel brands, with 200 talented chefs expected to participate.
“In a city that is renowned for its culinary culture, AccorHotels will bring together some of our best chefs from around the globe and showcase some incredibly talented Singaporean chefs to create a food festival as vibrant and diverse as the city itself,” AccorHotels Asia Pacific chief marketing & distribution officer Graham Wilson says.
The city-wide festival will offer a range of immersive culinary experiences, cooking classes, spectacular wine and champagne dinners, bespoke cocktails and exciting new flavours and unexpected pairings, with major sponsors and partners to be brought on in what is expected to be one of the largest festivals of its kind in Singapore.
