A star for The Ritz

London’s iconic The Ritz Restaurant has been awarded its very first Michelin star in the Michelin Guide Great Britain and Ireland 2017.

Executive chef John Williams, who has been at the helm for the past 11 years, has ensured The Ritz trademark of excellence is applied to every meal. Consistently building on the principles and philosophies of the late French culinary extraordinaire August Escoffer, Williams draws inspiration from classic French dishes and British specialties, reinventing them for the modern palette of today’s discerning diner and using the highest quality, seasonal produce.
