Spread over six levels, the new 202 Elizabeth hotel is set to be the haven for those in the know. It features 38 sophisticated yet playful guest rooms, many with large balconies overlooking the bustling streetscape below. All dressed in a relaxed yet utterly fashionable interior style by designer Lisa Madigan.

Luxury Surry Hills hotel amenities
No two guest rooms are the same. Featuring striking wallpapers from Kingdom Home Design and a beautiful collection of artworks from Australian artists mixed with an eclectic selection of furniture pieces that instantly evoke a sense of whimsy and calm.
Amenities are by Hunter Lab, luxury robes by Australian designer Piyama and the mini bar, stocked daily with organic sodas and sweet and savoury treats, all complimentary. Add to that sleek bathrooms, walk-in rain showers, and heavenly king-size beds, you may never actually want to leave.
Best yet, 202 Elizabeth is an adult-only (16+) retreat making for an inner-city oasis.

Rooftop terrace overlooking Surry Hills
Hotel owner, Diana Ren, has a passion for organic products and textures, which can be seen in this Surry Hills hotel. From its selection of curated vintage and one-off furnishings. A stunning rooftop terrace overlooks Surry Hills and the grand Central Station rail tracks below. It’s the ideal spot for a sunset glass of wine. And with plans for morning yoga sessions on the rooftop after sunrise.
On the ground floor, an outdoor courtyard and a soon-to-open Handpicked Wines outpost and wine-tasting room is taking shape. To be Sydney’s first Handpicked Wines retail outpost joining its Melbourne counterpart at 80 Collins. And with its location at the junction of some of Sydney’s best bars, restaurants and entertainment venues.

Fur babies welcome
Furry friends are also welcome at 202 Elizabeth, with General Manager Adam Males’ French Bulldog, Sochi, acting as the hotel’s Director of Pet Relations.
The hotel was built from the inside out by Sydney-based Alessi Design + Build, using cross-laminated timber. As a result, the hotel boasts exposed wood throughout the property, including the lift shaft, the central part, and the escape stairs.
