City Park

Larimer Square

16th Street Mall
Designed by famous architect I.M. Pei, 16th Street Mall is a mile-long pedestrian photo opportunity. Its walkway of coloured granite appears as a diamondback rattlesnake from above, and below, thousands of bright flowers line the footpath with street performers, musicians and artists along the way.

Colorado State Capitol
The Colorado State Capitol building was constructed in the 1890s from white granite, topped by a magnificent gold dome sure to enhance your photo of this charming historic building. The fifth step is exactly one mile high, giving Denver its famous tag, the Mile-High City. The Colorado State Capitol is a popular selfie spot!

Denver Botanic Gardens
The Denver Botanic Gardens comprises 45 different colourful gardens such as the Dryland Mesa that features unique drought-tolerant plants from Mediterranean areas. A nature photographer’s dream!

Denver Blue Bear
Don’t forget to take a fun photo with your friends at Denver’s iconic Blue Bear, a 12-metre-high sculpture created by local artist Lawrence Argent, which appears to be peering into the Colorado Convention Center lobby.

Denver Art Museum
