BASSINTHEGRASS is the Northern Territory’s biggest and longest-running music festival.
In 2019, the event saw a record-breaking 10,000 festivalgoers converge on Mindil Beach.
Returning for its 18th year, BASSINTHEGRASS 2021 will feature two main stages offering non-stop entertainment from midday to midnight, with attendees experiencing the Top End’s famous sunsets and warm, tropical weather.
“With such a great selection of acts we expect music fans from around Australia to venture north, where they can soak up the sun, sand and good vibes at what has become an unmissable event for Territorians,” said Tim Watsford, the CEO of Northern Territory Major Events Company.
As for interstate travellers, it’s the perfect excuse to start planning a trip to the Northern Territory.
Limited general admission tickets are available for $105 until 1 February (unless sold out prior). Then final release tickets will go on sale for $120. Be warned, this event usually sells out.
There will also be a number of VIP tickets on offer for $220 (plus booking fee). Thes will give attendees aged 18 and over access to private bars and bathrooms, a finger food package, four beverage vouchers and a souvenir stubbie cooler and ticket.
